Tower Publications, Inc. is the largest independent publisher in north Florida, publishing Buyers Guide, Senior Times and Our Town magazines. We also operate NCA a nationally recognized advertising agency.

Tower Publications began in 2000 when Charlie Delatorre bought the Buyer’s Guide. At the same time the organization began selling national classified advertising through its advertising agency, NCA Group. He then expanded in 2001 by starting Senior Times magazine. The year 2003 brought further expansions with the start up of Our Town magazine.

Buyer’s Guide, Buy Rite Coupon Book and NCA Group deal only with advertising. Senior Times and Our Town magazines have a combination of 50 percent advertising and 50 percent editorial.

Buyer’s Guide, with a 26,000 circulation, is north central Florida’s premier shopper publication serving an 11-county area including Gainesville, Lake City and Ocala through over 700 convenient locations. An enormous selection of classifieds make the Buyer’s Guide popular with both buyers and sellers.

The NCA Group’s advertising team has been recognized nationally for its excellent sales record as they provide advertising plans to target customers. They work closely with hundreds of daily, weekly, community-news and shopper publications around the country placing advertisers’ businesses in front of millions of readers.

Senior Times prints editions for both Marion and Alachua counties with a circulation of 60,000 plus. Our Town also prints two editions: High Springs/Alachua and Newberry/Jonesville with a combined circulation of 27,500.
